Executive Composition ("EC," "we," "us"), a fictitious business name of Executive Health Reset LLC, provides strength, nutrition, and body composition coaching services. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to executivecomposition.com and to the coaching services we deliver to enrolled clients.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Contact information such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Program information such as intake responses, training and nutrition logs, progress photos, and health information you choose to share with your coach, including bloodwork you provide.
- Payment information, which is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications you send us by email, text message, or through scheduling tools.
Our website is informational and does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and operations.
How we use information
We use your information to deliver and administer coaching services, personalize your program, communicate with you about your engagement, process payments, send program messages you have opted into, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security of our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third party advertising.
Text messaging and mobile information
Enrolled clients may opt in to receive daily program messages from Executive Health Reset by SMS and MMS. Consent is collected during client onboarding, when you provide your mobile number and agree to receive these messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any coaching service.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Any other mentions in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP.

How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, message delivery, scheduling, email, and website hosting. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of EC, our clients, or others.
Health information
Coaching involves information about your body, training, nutrition, sleep, and, where you choose to share it, bloodwork. This information is used solely to deliver your program. EC is not a medical provider and this information is not a medical record. We treat it as confidential, share it with no one without your direction, and provide progress summaries to a referring practice only with your written consent.
Retention and security
We retain client information for the duration of the coaching engagement and as needed afterward for legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Age
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
