Terms of Service
Effective date: July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of executivecomposition.com and describe the general conditions under which Executive Composition ("EC," "we," "us"), a fictitious business name of Executive Health Reset LLC, provides its services. Paid coaching engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement between you and EHR. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the services agreement controls.
The services
EC provides strength, nutrition, and body composition coaching for adults. Programs are personalized, delivered directly by your coach, and structured around your written program, log reviews, scheduled calls, and program messages.
Not medical advice
EC is not a medical practice. Your coach is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, not a physician, therapist, or registered dietitian. Nothing provided through the website or the coaching services is medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. You are responsible for obtaining clearance from your own physician before beginning any program, and all decisions about medications, hormones, or prescribed protocols remain between you and your licensed prescriber.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms for coaching engagements are set out in your services agreement and processed through Stripe. Prices published on the website are current as of their posting and may change for future engagements.
Assumption of risk
Physical training carries inherent risk. By participating in a program you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity, that you have been advised to obtain medical clearance, and that you are responsible for training within your own limits and reporting pain, injury, or adverse symptoms to your coach and your physician.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and all program materials, including written programs, frameworks, and the REPS message library, are the property of Executive Composition. They are provided for your personal use during your engagement and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EC's total liability arising from the website or the services is limited to the amount you paid to EC in the twelve months preceding the claim, and EC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless your services agreement provides for mediation or arbitration, in which case that process controls.
SMS Program Terms
Program name: Executive Health Reset REPS. Daily performance signal messages delivered by SMS and MMS to enrolled coaching clients.
Enrollment and consent
Enrollment is available to EC coaching clients only. You opt in during client onboarding by providing your mobile number and agreeing in writing to receive program messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any coaching service. Messages are sent from a dedicated program number, not from your coach's personal phone, and the program is one way. Replies are not monitored except for the keywords below.
Consent statement
The consent statement clients agree to at onboarding: "I agree to receive Account Notification SMS messages from Executive Health Reset at the number provided. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply Help for Help. Reply STOP to opt-out. Please see Privacy Policy and Terms of Use."
Message frequency
You can expect one message per day for the duration of your enrollment. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt out. Opting out of messages does not affect your coaching engagement.

Carriers
The program is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
